Pembrook Resourcing is recruiting for an experienced Aftersales Manager for a confidential opportunity. The role leads a busy aftersales operation, driving customer service, performance and profitability while developing the team.

Full responsibility for service standards and process improvements is expected. The position offers a competitive salary range (£50,000 - £65,000 base) with a £30,000 OTE and a 45-hour week, Monday to Friday.
