Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Swindon is recruiting an experienced Aftersales Manager for a prestige main dealer site. You will oversee the workshop, manage technicians and service advisors, and drive upsell targets while maintaining first-class customer service.

We are seeking a proven Aftersales leader with large-site experience to deliver KPI targets, collaborate with senior management and continuously improve department performance.

Qualifications

• Proven Aftersales Management background essential.
• Main Dealership experience essential, 3+ years.
• Experience with Kerridge, Pinnacle or 1 Link advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day workshop operations and technicians to maximise productivity.
• Lead Service Advisors to ensure high customer focus and upsell to targets.
• Collaborate with senior management to meet key objectives and drive departmental improvement.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Aftersales Manager for our client’s main dealer site in the Swindon area. This is a superb opportunity for an Aftersales Manager to work for a busy and well-established main dealer site, working for a fantastic prestige brand.

• You will be looking after a busy and professional department where your remit will be to manage all aspects of the department: from day to day running of the Workshop, managing the Technicians / Mechanics to achieve maximum productivity, making sure that the Service Advisors are very customer focused and achieved upselling targets to budget and KPI monitoring.
• You will also be working closely with the senior management to ensure that key objectives and strategies are met, we are looking for someone who is constantly looking to improve the department and to exceed targets.
• You will be an individual who prides themselves on customer service, works well with the staff to get the best out of the department, and someone who will make the department their own. This is a busy department with a strong reputation within the area.
• We are looking for someone from a large site, prestige brand, and background. It is all about the size of the operation you have run as well as a track record of doing it successfully.
• A proven and solid Aftersales Management background is essential as we need the individual to be of the highest calibre.
• Main Dealership experience is essential. At least 3 years
• Relevant systems experience such as Kerridge, Pinnacle, and 1 Link would also be advantageous
