Duties

• Lead and develop the workshop technician team to maximise efficiency, sold hours, and first-time fix rates
• Drive customer-facing team performance to optimise upselling opportunities without compromising service quality
• Implement and support new digital systems aligned with the dealership's digital transformation strategy
• Support skills development, career progression, and knowledge sharing within the team
• Streamline operational processes across the Customer Journey, including Vehicle Health Checks
• Ensure compliance with group financial policies, DVSA MOT regulations, and health & safety standards
• Contribute significantly to the smooth operation and overall success of the dealership department
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to meet strategic goals
• Foster a positive team environment to maintain staff motivation and engagement
• Deliver a seamless, efficient service experience consistently to all customers

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager within a busy automotive dealership
