Adams Morey, part of the Greenhous Group and a leading DAF truck dealer in the UK, is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify and generate new customer business while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. You will work closely with workshop and service teams to ensure customer needs are met and high standards are sustained.

This role focuses on growing the aftersales customer base, securing contracts and renewals, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Promote and sell aftersales products and services, focusing on contracts and renewals.
• Develop and grow the aftersales customer base by identifying new opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through regular communication and account management.
• Identify new business opportunities across Service and Parts departments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Parts and manufacturers to deliver a seamless aftersales experience.
• Support vehicle sales teams with aftersales engagement and service opportunities.
