Search Consultancy LTD in Bridgend is seeking an Aftersales Coordinator for a construction manufacturing environment. This permanent, full-time role offers a starting salary of £27,000 and regular office hours Monday to Friday.

You will manage customer issues from receipt to resolution, investigate root causes, coordinate cross-functional actions, and help improve the customer experience through proactive service improvements.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer complaints, returns, credits, and after-sales issues from receipt through to resolution, ensuring fair, timely, and evidence-based outcomes for both customers and the business.
• Conduct investigations into customer issues, service failures, and product concerns, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions to reduce recurrence.
• Identify trends and risks from customer feedback, taking action to prevent future occurrences.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with customers throughout the investigation and resolution process.
