Halliwell Jones (North Wales) Ltd is seeking an Aftersales Customer Advisor (VHC Specialist) to build strong customer relationships and guide clients through the vehicle service journey. You will work in a fast-paced, premium environment representing BMW and MINI brands.

You will manage service bookings, provide updates, and explain work clearly while upholding high standards of customer care. A driving licence and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

At Halliwell Jones, we believe every interaction matters. As part of our Aftersales team, you’ll play a central role in ensuring that every customer receives the premium, professional service they expect from the BMW and MINI brands.

Your responsibilities

• Act as the key point of contact between customers and the service department.
• Deliver a premium, professional customer experience throughout the aftersales journey.
• Manage customer bookings for vehicle servicing and repairs.
• Keep customers informed with regular updates on the progress of their vehicles.
• Clearly explain work carried out and any additional requirements.
• Support and guide customers through every stage of the aftersales process.

What we're looking for

• Proven upselling skills
• Possess a basic understanding of automotive systems and components (e.g. Drive, RTC).
• Familiar with manufacturer repair times and standards
• Organised, proactive, and a strong communicator
• Customer-facing experience essential
• Flexible team player, willing to go the extra mile

Full valid UK driving licence.

Salary: £28,000 per year, with an OTE of £35,000

Average 43.83 hours per week (42.5 hours Monday to Friday and 4 hours 1 in 3 Saturday Mornings)
