Job summary

Perrys is hiring an ACC Advisor to join our Aftersales team. You will be the main point of contact for customers after purchase, handling calls and coordinating service, MOTs and repairs to ensure a seamless journey.

We value People First and customer focus, offering a family-friendly environment with flexible hours and a one-week pattern, Monday to Friday, to help you balance work and life. Applicants should bring a customer service background and a passion for helping customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or aftersales is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Make inbound and outbound calls to support customers and understand their needs.
• Book service and MOT appointments and coordinate general repairs across the business.

About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from a customer service or aftersales background.

As a Perrys ACC Advisor, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs. You can expect to cover a wide range of tasks to support the customer journey, from making inbound and outbound calls, to booking appointments for service and MOT as well as general repairs across the business.
