Job summary

Perrys Motor Sales Ltd is seeking a Parts Advisor Telesales to handle inbound calls from trade and retail customers, identify parts requirements and use the DMS and Electronic Parts Catalogue to offer related parts and promotions.

You will also manage email enquiries and internal communications between sites, while aiming to grow sales from new and existing customers in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, administration or reception with a good telephone manner.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge and experience of car parts is preferable and helpful.
• Excellent telephone and face-to-face communication skills.
• Good organisational and administrative skills.
• Aim to grow sales with new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from trade and retail customers.
• Identify customer parts requirements and suggest related parts.
• Use the DMS and Electronic Parts Catalogue to identify parts and offers.

About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who is a successful parts advisor or an experienced sales executive with automotive industry experience.

As a Perrys Parts Advisor Telesales , you can expect to cover a wide range of tasks, from answering inbound calls from trade and retail customers, identify customer parts requirements, use of the DMS and Electronic Parts Catalogue, offering related parts and special offers. You will be required to deal with email enquiries and internal phone calls from sites and inter departmental requests.

About you:

• Retail / Administration / reception experience with good telephone manner
• Excellent customer service skills
• Currently work for a dealer or motor parts factor is preferable.
• Knowledge and experience of car parts and enjoy building relationships with customers
• Excellent telephone and face to face communication skills
• Good organisational and administrative skills
• Will gain satisfaction from growing sales with new and existing customers
