Job summary

Manpower UK is seeking a Service Solutions Specialist to drive aftersales growth across the UK network from Basildon. You will work with dealerships and internal teams to expand maintenance, repair, connected services and service campaigns, delivering profitable solutions.

The role requires automotive sector experience, strong stakeholder skills and a proactive, travel-ready approach to support national coverage and hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in automotive, fleet or aftersales roles.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of vehicle sales.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to influence and build relationships.
• Proficiency with data/reporting tools (Power BI, Excel).
• Full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK.
• Willingness to travel across the UK, with occasional overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth across Maintenance & Repair, Extended Warranty and Connected Services.
• Increase aftersales customer retention through better contract penetration and service uptake.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealerships, customers and internal teams.
• Support development and delivery of service campaigns, promotions and commercial initiatives.
• Manage pricing communications and incentive schemes across the dealer network.
• Coordinate lifecycle management of service contracts.
