TrustFord is seeking a part-time contact centre advisor to support both retail and commercial customers. You'll handle inbound enquiries, make outbound calls, and work in a hybrid on-site and home-based setup.

The in-house service centre fulfils the bookings and booking enquiry functions for our service centres located across our dealerships. Supporting both retail and commercial customers, the contact centre is predominantly a telephony based environment but will also deal with email and SMS Text enquiries.
The department acts as both a sales and customer service team, accepting and handling inbound enquiries as well as telemarketing. Owing to the competitive nature of the market, the contact centre has increased its focus on outbound calling to capture customers and reduce customer attrition. The contact centre also play a vital role in 'customers for life' through the prospecting and selling of 'service plans'. This is a great opportunity to come into a growing environment where opportunities to bring knowledge and experience is welcomed to help further develop the department.
This is a part time role working 20 hours per week.
This is a Hybrid role working on site and also from home (the first 3 months during probation will be worked from the office full time, you will then move on to hybrid working from month 4).
