British Car Auctions Ltd in Nottingham is seeking an energetic candidate for a Site Operations/Front-of-House role to deliver outstanding customer service to buyers and hauliers throughout the Click & Collect process.

You will handle vehicle production admin, resolve queries with the central claims team, and provide a friendly front-of-house service in a fast-paced environment. This is a permanent role with rotating shifts and a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle production administration, including accurate data entry and document management
• Manage the Click & Collect process, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and positive experience for buyers and hauliers
• Provide a professional front-of-house service to customers and site visitors
• Support buyers by resolving queries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
• Work closely with the central claims team to ensure issues are handled promptly and recorded accurately
• Respond to and action requests from the central call centre efficiently

Working Hours – Monday to Friday (rotating shifts 8.30am-5.30pm, 9am-6pm and 8am-5pm) plus occasional Saturday morning on a rota basis (approx 1 in 10)
