• A UK motorcycle licence with minimal points is highly desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Promote and uphold the dealership’s aftersales service and customer satisfaction levels.
• Engage with customers to provide expert advice and build ongoing relationships.
• Sell motorcycle-related clothing, accessories, and merchandise.
• Manage stock levels, ensuring parts are correctly stored and procurement is aligned with workshop requirements.
• Pre-pick parts for workshop jobs to facilitate an efficient workflow.
• Process customer payments and invoices accurately as the Aftersales Advisor.
• Manage walk-in customers, providing high standards of service exceeding expectations.
• Support workshop operations by ensuring parts availability and timely delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Contribute to the dealership’s reputation through professional and knowledgeable service.
