Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior hospitality role, preferably luxury hotels or high-end tea rooms.
• Strong leadership with track record of developing teams.
• Excellent knowledge of traditional and contemporary tea service and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the Afternoon Tea service with focus on presentation, timing and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, coach and schedule a team of tea attendants; foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Maintain health, safety and hygiene standards with regular checks and audits.
• Manage inventory of teas, pastries, crockery and supplies; coordinate with procurement to minimise waste.
• Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to develop seasonal menus aligned with luxury positioning.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve service issues promptly, prioritising guest satisfaction.
• Prepare detailed service reports, analyse feedback and implement enhancements to elevate the experience.
• Support Head of Food & Beverage in staff training to uphold service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the Afternoon Tea service, ensuring impeccable presentation, timing and guest satisfaction.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a senior hospitality role, preferably within luxury hotels or high‑end tea rooms.
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of developing and motivating teams.
• Excellent knowledge of traditional and contemporary tea service, including menu planning and presentation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of a premium service.
• Sound organisational and problem‑solving capabilities, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
