Job summary

Thrive International, INC is seeking a Shift Leader for the Basingstoke production site. This hands-on leadership role oversees the afternoon shift (2pm-10pm), ensures targets are met, maintains quality and hygiene standards, and motivates the team to achieve optimal performance.

The role requires strong supervisory experience in manufacturing, good communication skills, and the ability to manage changeovers, line setup, and safety procedures on a daily basis.
