Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a Production Shift Manager for a night shift in Thatcham. The role is 40 hours across Sunday to Thursday, 11:00pm to 7:00am, on a fast-paced food manufacturing site supplying major retailers and catering.

• Food manufacturing experience is essential.
• Minimum 2 years’ supervisory/managerial experience in a production/manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Production Line/Cell Leaders and staff daily.
• Allocate labour and work to maximise efficiencies.
• Drive standards on the shop floor and ensure targets, safety and hygiene are met.
• Lead from the front and support continuous improvement through data gathering and action planning.
