Pertemps Bond is recruiting a Machine Operator for a well-established manufacturing site in Tamworth. The role focuses on operating production machinery safely, loading and unloading materials, monitoring processes, and carrying out quality checks.

You will work to daily targets, follow procedures and health & safety rules, and contribute to a clean, efficient, and collaborative production floor as part of a supportive team. This Temp-to-Perm opportunity offers long-term prospects.

Pertemps are currently recruiting Machine Operators for a well-established manufacturing client based in Tamworth.

This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for candidates with good general production experience who are confident operating machinery and looking to secure a long-term position.

The Role
