Job summary

Future Prospects Group Ltd is seeking a Sales Engineer - Aftermarket to identify and develop sales-led opportunities, expanding the industrial aftermarket business across Midlands or Northern England. You will initiate and manage sales and engineering projects that convert major opportunities into lasting revenue and work with distributors and customers.

The role requires bearing technology knowledge, distributor network experience, and the ability to train staff.

Qualifications

• Degree level education in a related discipline is desirable.
• Experience with complex industrial distributor relationships and network strategies.
• Competent in bearing technology applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop sales-led opportunities to support and expand the aftermarket business.
• Initiate and manage sales and engineering projects to convert opportunities into revenue.
• Maintain knowledge of products/technologies to provide current guidance.
• Develop and provide product training to sales staff to maximise opportunities.
• Drive and maintain opportunities via company processes.
• Develop relationships with direct customers in the assigned region.
• Use Salesforce CRM for all opportunities.
• Lead and manage key sales projects through the sales cycle.
