Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is seeking an enthusiastic Playworker/Activity Leader for Kings Court First School in Windsor. This term-time role runs Monday to Thursday, 2:45pm–6:30pm, 15 hours per week, with the option of extra hours during school holidays.

You will help provide a safe, welcoming environment, supervise sessions, lead engaging activities, and support children's wellbeing and fun through crafts, games and sports.

Qualifications

• No childcare qualification required; attitude and passion matter most.
• Willingness to work term-time hours: Monday-Thursday, 2:45pm-6:30pm.
• Previous childcare experience is an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Help provide a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for children.
• Supervise and support children during the club sessions.
• Lead and take part in engaging activities and creative play.
• Encourage participation in games, crafts, sports and free play.
• Build positive relationships with children and support their independence.
• Work as part of a friendly, supportive team and follow safeguarding procedures.
• Ensure every child has a happy and enjoyable experience.
