Job summary

Junior Adventures Group in Windsor is seeking a Playworker / Activity Leader for the Breakfast & After School Club at Kings Court First School. This term-time role offers 15 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 2:45pm-6:30pm, with the option for extra hours during school holidays.

You will help create a safe, fun and engaging environment before and after school, guiding activities and play. No childcare qualification is required; your attitude, energy and passion for working with children are what

Responsibilities

• Help provide a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for children
• Supervise and support children during the club sessions
• Lead and take part in fun, creative and engaging activities
• Encourage children to participate in games, arts and crafts, sports and free play
• Build positive and trusting relationships with children
• Encourage children to develop confidence and independence
• Support children's individual needs
• Help create a fun and stimulating environment
• Work as part of a friendly and supportive team
