Job summary

Koosa Kids, part of the Junior Adventures Group, is seeking an After School Club Supervisor in Tolworth, Greater London. You will lead our after-school clubs for children aged 4–11, creating safe, engaging experiences and supervising a small team of dedicated staff.

This full-time role runs 3:00pm–6:00pm, Monday to Friday during term time, with a holiday camp option as overtime. Pay ranges from £13.85 to £15.10 per hour, depending on experience, with paid training and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS check required.
• Safeguarding training or willingness to undergo training.

Responsibilities

• Greet children each morning and afternoon with energy, kickstarting the day with games and activities.
• Lead after-school activities such as arts & crafts, team challenges, drama, multi-sports, and structured play.
• Plan sessions that are age-appropriate, inclusive, and fun.
• Manage and motivate your team to deliver brilliant care and play experiences.
• Communicate confidently with parents, your team, the host school, and central operations.
• Ensure health & safety, safeguarding, and company procedures are followed with confidence and care.
