Job summary

KOOSA Kids Ltd seeks a Breakfast Club Supervisor for Southfield Primary School in Chiswick, London W4. The role is part-time, term-time only, and involves supervising a small team to run a breakfast club that delivers meals and activities for children aged 4–11, in a safe, Ofsted-compliant environment.

You will work 7:30am–8:50am, Monday to Friday, with full training provided and opportunities for progression within KOOSA Kids.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years managerial/supervisory experience in childcare, early years or playwork.
• Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Childcare or Playwork (or equivalent) is beneficial but not essential.
• Experience in Primary School/Pre-School/Nursery (e.g., TA, Early Years Educator, Nursery Manager) preferred.
• Be reliable and passionate.
• Able to relate to and engage with children aged 4–11 years.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of the Breakfast Club at Southfield Primary School, Chiswick.
• Print daily registers and manage sign-in/sign-out with school staff and parents.
• Deliver programme of activities in line with KOOSA Kids and Ofsted standards.
• Ensure a safe, secure environment for children in care.
• Supervise and direct a small team; report to Regional Manager and Head Office.
