Job summary

Junior Adventures Group in Biggleswade is seeking a Club Manager to lead our Breakfast & After School Clubs for ages 4–11. You’ll manage a small team, build strong relationships with schools and families, and deliver a mix of sports, arts, games, and structured play every day.

This split-shift role runs mornings and afternoons with a break in between and potential for more hours during Holiday Club seasons. Great for developing your leadership in childcare.

Qualifications

• Must have managerial experience in a childcare setting.
• Ability to lead a small team and communicate with schools and families.
• Committed to safeguarding and health & safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to provide safe, fun sessions with age-appropriate activities.
• Coordinate with schools and families and maintain positive relationships.
• Plan and deliver sessions covering sports, arts, and structured play.
• Ensure safeguarding, health and company procedures are followed.
