Job summary

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is seeking a Childcare Setting Manager in Basildon to lead Breakfast & After School Clubs for children aged 4–11. You’ll create a safe, fun, enriching environment and supervise a small team, coordinating with schools and families.

The role is a split shift, mornings and afternoons with a break, with opportunities to increase hours during Holiday Club seasons and Lunchtime Cover. Training and CPD are provided for ongoing development.

• Greet children each morning and afternoon with energy and games.
• Lead after-school activities like arts, crafts, sports, drama.
• Plan engaging, age-appropriate, inclusive sessions.

• Ensure health & safeguarding and company procedures are followed.
