Job summary

Away Resorts Ltd is seeking a Holiday Home After sales Maintenance professional to perform general maintenance and repairs across our holiday homes, ensuring high standards in line with company policy to enhance guest and owner experience.

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will handle snagging, pre-handover work, warranty tasks, and installations, while coordinating with owners and suppliers. A strong focus on safety and teamwork is required for success on our Lincolnshire site.

Qualifications

• Experience in a maintenance trade and delivering quality work.
• Ability to use maintenance equipment effectively.
• Excellent customer service and communication under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all Holiday Home sales stock snagging is completed to the expected standard.
• Pre handover jobs completed prior to new owner taking over.
• Owner jobs completed within expected time scales with full reports for owners.
• Completing warranty jobs as required when parts are supplied.
• Installing additions bases and associated structures per plan and liaising with owners.
• Deliver inventories to owner units and handle large items.
• Maintain Health & Safety compliance for staff, guests and owners.
• Plan and implement a maintenance schedule for all assets.

What You Will Be Doing

• Ensuring that all Holiday Home sales stock snagging is completed to the expected standard
• Pre handover Jobs are completed prior to the new owner taking over
• Owner jobs are completed within expected time scales, and to a high standard all jobs to be signed off with a full report so this can be communicated to owner
• Completing Warranty jobs as required when parts sent in by Holiday Home Suppliers
• Installing Addition Bases, using approved pitch improvement plan, erecting the sheds Addition & Centurion and to put on to base liaising directly with owner if required
• Delivering of inventories to owner units and other Large items
• Ensuring that all maintenance work that is carried out is in line with the Health & Safety policy to maintain the safety of all team members, guest and owners at all times.
• Ensuring the good working order of all equipment and plan, prepare and implement a maintenance schedule to keep all in good working order and to be serviced in line with the Health & Safety policy

Skills, Experience And Qualities You’ll Need

• Ideally have experience within a maintenance trade
• Have experience of providing quality standard of work
• Be experienced in the use of maintenance equipment
• Great Customer Service Skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Good Communicator
• Be able to work as part of a team
• Have a full driving licence
