Job summary

Access Group’s Holiday Parks in Lincolnshire are seeking a maintenance operative to carry out general maintenance and repairs at Tattershall Lakes. You will work under the Aftersales Manager to support snagging, handovers and warranty tasks while ensuring safety and quality standards across park facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance trades.
• Proven ability to deliver quality workmanship.
• Familiar with using maintenance equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Team-oriented with a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all Holiday Home sales stock snagging is completed to the expected standard.
• Complete pre-handover jobs prior to the new owner taking over.
• Complete owner jobs within the expected timescales and provide a full report for owners.
• Carry out warranty jobs as required when parts are provided by suppliers.
• Install addition bases and associated structures per approved plans, coordinating with owners as needed.
• Deliver inventories and large items to owner units as required.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with Health & Safety policies for team, guests and owners.
• Plan, prepare and implement a maintenance schedule to keep equipment and facilities in good order.

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will be required to carry out general maintenance and repairs in line with company policy to improve customer and owner experience and working to the needs of the business.

What you will be doing

• Ensuring that all Holiday Home sales stock snagging is completed to the expected standard


• Pre handover Jobs are completed prior to the new owner taking over


• Owner jobs are completed within expected time scales, and to a high standard all jobs to be signed off with a full report so this can be communicated to owner


• Completing Warranty jobs as required when parts sent in by Holiday Home Suppliers


• Installing Addition Bases, using approved pitch improvement plan, erecting the sheds Addition & Centurion and to put on to base liaising directly with owner if required


• Delivering of inventories to owner units and other Large items


• Ensuring that all maintenance work that is carried out is in line with the Health & Safety policy to maintain the safety of all team members, guest and owners at all times.


• Ensuring the good working order of all equipment and plan, prepare and implement a maintenance schedule to keep all in good working order and to be serviced in line with the Health & Safety policy

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need

• Ideally have experience within a maintenance trade


• Have experience of providing quality standard of work


• Be experienced in the use of maintenance equipment


• Great Customer Service Skills


• Able to work under pressure


• Be able to work as part of a team


• Have a full driving licence
