Job summary

Away Resorts is hiring a Guest Services Assistant at Tattershall Lakes Country Park in Lincolnshire to be the friendly first point of contact for guests. You will welcome guests, check them in, handle bookings, and provide prompt responses to enquiries to ensure a smooth stay.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, a calm demeanor under pressure, teamwork, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently across the park’s operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, reception, or a similar guest-facing role would be beneficial, but most importantly, we're looking for people with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
