Job summary

Maya Mobile is seeking an Affiliate & Partnerships Lead to build and scale an affiliate channel as a core growth engine. You’ll own strategy, expand the affiliate base, and drive revenue through performance partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance partnerships.
• Hands-on experience managing and scaling programs within Impact.
• Proven track record of growing affiliate-driven revenue.
• Strong understanding of attribution models and CAC management.
• Experience recruiting and activating partners proactively.
• Ability to build processes and structure from the ground up.
• Ability to operate independently while collaborating cross-functionally with paid media, lifecycle, product, and brand teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale the affiliate program end-to-end within Impact.
• Develop the channel strategy, commission structures, and partner tiers.
• Proactively recruit, onboard, and activate high-quality affiliates.
• Identify new verticals and growth opportunities within the affiliate channel.
• Negotiate placements, content integrations, and performance-based deals.
• Monitor attribution, incrementality, and ROI.
• Optimize partner performance through structured testing and incentive models.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with paid media, lifecycle, and brand teams to align promotions and campaigns.
• Establish reporting frameworks and performance benchmarks.
