Job summary

Sphere Digital Recruitment is seeking an Affiliate Associate Director to proactively manage a portfolio of client affiliate programs, driving performance against targets and expanding activity with new tactics and recruitment strategies.

You will build strong affiliate relationships, deliver regular performance reporting, and participate in industry networking. The ideal candidate has at least three years in an agency or network and excellent organizational and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• At least three years in an agency and/or network.
• Strong numeracy and literacy with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client affiliate programs and ensure targets are met.
• Develop relationships with existing affiliates and recruit new partners.
• Expand program activity with new offers and recruitment tactics.
• Monitor performance and deliver regular insights and reporting.
• Represent the client in industry networking and meetings.
