Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Referral & Affiliate Programme Manager in Leeds to own and scale a high-performing referral and affiliate strategy. You will build the platform, craft campaigns, and collaborate with partners to drive new customer acquisition and incremental revenue.

You’ll test approaches, analyse performance data, and optimise campaigns to deliver measurable growth. This is a highly commercial role focused on acquisition, growth targets, and a tangible impact on business results.

Qualifications

• Experience in referral, affiliate, performance or digital marketing.
• Ability to drive customer acquisition through measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop the referral and affiliate programme.
• Create campaigns and incentives to maximise referral activity.
• Identify new referral opportunities across relevant channels.
• Manage the referral platform and related processes.
• Develop a full-mix marketing strategy to drive participation.
• Analyse data to identify growth opportunities and ROI.
• Track acquisition, conversion and incremental customers.
• Test propositions and campaigns and optimise performance.
• Produce regular performance reporting and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support acquisition goals.
• Build relationships with external partners and affiliates.
• Continuously seek ways to increase volume and quality of referrals.
