The role offers £16 per hour during the probationary period, with annual salaries around £33,000, rising to £18 per hour and about £37,000 per year after probation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an aesthetic clinic is essential.
• Experience managing busy diaries and client enquiries.
• Polished, warm, and highly organised with excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide discreet, professional patient service.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients with a warm, professional front-of-house presence.
• Main point of contact for patients and clients, building trusted relationships.
• Coordinate consultations, appointments and follow-ups; manage calendars.
• Handle calls, emails, and general enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Support day-to-day running of the clinic and patient journey at all times.
