You will manage bookings, consultations, scheduling and diary management, while ensuring a seamless clinic experience and outstanding patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience in aesthetic clinic, cosmetic, medical aesthetics, or luxury spa.
• Supervisory or clinic leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Aesthetic Clinic Co-Ordinator

Location: Notting Hill, London

Salary: £37,000 - £42,000 DOE + Commission

Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7 (Clinic open Tuesday to Sunday)

The Opportunity Join a brand-new luxury aesthetics clinic in the heart of Notting Hill as an Aesthetic Clinic Co-Ordinator and play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience from first enquiry through to treatment completion and aftercare. This is a hands-on leadership position, combining front-of-house excellence with operational management, team supervision, and business growth initiatives as the clinic establishes itself as a leading destination for advanced aesthetic treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the patient journey from initial enquiry through to treatment and follow-up.
• Overseeing bookings, consultations, treatment scheduling, and diary management.
• Preparing patients for treatments and ensuring a seamless clinic experience.
• Leading the front-of-house function to the highest standards.
• Supporting, motivating, and supervising the clinic team.
• Driving retail sales and treatment package conversions.
• Implementing and refining clinic systems, processes, and operational procedures.
• Assisting the business in working towards and maintaining CQC compliance and best practice standards.
• Handling patient queries and concerns with professionalism and care.
• Building strong relationships with patients to encourage retention and referrals.

About You

• Extensive experience within an aesthetic clinic, cosmetic, medical aesthetics, or luxury spa environment.
• Proven supervisory, management, or clinic leadership experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with strong administrative and operational abilities.
