This hands-on leadership role combines front-of-house excellence with operational management and team supervision as the clinic launches in a luxury setting.

You will manage bookings, consultations, scheduling and diary management, while ensuring a seamless clinic experience and outstanding patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience in aesthetic clinic, cosmetic, medical aesthetics, or luxury spa.
• Supervisory or clinic leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with strong administrative and operational abilities.
• Positive, solution-focused approach and patient-centred mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient journey from initial enquiry through treatment and follow-up.
• Oversee bookings, consultations, treatment scheduling, and diary management.
• Prepare patients for treatments and ensure a seamless clinic experience.
• Lead front-of-house to high standards and supervise clinic team.
• Drive retail sales and treatment package conversions.
• Refine clinic systems, processes and operational procedures.
• Support, motivate and supervise staff while aiming for CQC compliance.
• Handle patient queries with professionalism and care.
• Build relationships to encourage retention and referrals.
