4Leisure Recruitment Ltd. Notting Hill, London, is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Clinic Co-Ordinator to lead front-of-house operations and the patient journey from enquiry to aftercare. This hands-on leadership role combines clinic supervision with operational management as the new luxury aesthetics clinic launches.

You will drive patient experiences, supervise the team, manage bookings and diary, and push retail conversions while maintaining high service standards and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Experience in an aesthetic clinic, cosmetic, medical aesthetics, or luxury spa environment.
• Proven supervisory or clinic leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with strong administrative and operational abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the patient journey from initial enquiry through treatment and follow-up.
• Oversee bookings, consultations, treatment scheduling, and diary management.
• Prepare patients for treatments and ensure a seamless clinic experience.
• Lead front-of-house to the highest standards.
• Support, motivate and supervise the clinic team.
• Drive retail sales and treatment package conversions.
• Implement and refine clinic systems, processes and procedures.
• Assist the business toward CQC compliance and best practice standards.
• Handle patient queries with professionalism and care.
• Build strong relationships with patients to encourage retention and referrals.
