Job summary

Ontic, a leading aerospace and defence parts manufacturer, is recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor for our Staverton site in Cheltenham. You will lead a shift-based team of 5–10 stores operatives through a period of rapid growth, including a site relocation and transition to a double shift.

Focus will be on WMS adoption, operational digitisation, and KPI-driven performance. You will champion health and safety, ensure secure handling of materials, and maintain strict aerospace quality standards

Qualifications

• Experience leading stores/warehouse operatives.
• Background in highly regulated manufacturing sectors (aerospace/defense).
• Experience with modern WMS/ERP inventory systems.
• Strong health and safety awareness and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift-based team of 5–10 stores operatives through growth and transformation.
• Drive performance via KPIs and a new Warehouse Management System implementation.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and secure handling of materials.
• Champion health and safety culture and governance across out-of-hours site operations.
• Support site relocation and transition to a double-shift pattern.
