Job summary

Ontic, a leading licensor and manufacturer of complex engineering parts, is recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor for the Staverton site in Cheltenham. You will lead a 5–10 person Stores Operatives team across a two-shift operation and oversee a major transition including a site relocation and WMS implementation.

You will champion health and safety, drive KPI-led performance, and ensure inventory accuracy in a regulated aerospace environment.

Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 in Warehousing, Logistics, or Team Leading.
Valid IOSH Managing Safely certificate or equivalent health and safety training.
Background in Supervisory/Team Leadership within Stores/Warehouse environments.
Experience in highly regulated manufacturing sectors (Aerospace, Automotive, Pharmaceutical).
Hands-on experience with a modern WMS or ERP system and shift rotation patterns.

Responsibilities

Lead a shift-based team of 5–10 stores operatives during a phase of growth and transition to a double-shift pattern.
Drive performance using KPIs and digitise day-to-day operations with the new WMS.
Champion health and safety and ensure strict handling of materials to aerospace quality requirements.
Ensure inventory accuracy and a safe, efficient working environment to support Ontic's growth.
