Job summary

Syntech Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Logistics Operative for a leading aerospace manufacturer near Uxbridge. The role sits in Stores and Packing, within a highly regulated, clean and structured environment, with consistent overtime and long-term stability.

You will pick, pack, label and prepare parts for shipment, check batch numbers and descriptions against records, and work with logistics/shipping teams to meet deadlines. Training on FLT provided.

Qualifications

• Previous stores, warehouse or packing experience.
• Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel or similar).
• Reliable, methodical and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, labelling and preparing parts for shipment.
• Checking batch numbers, part descriptions and quantities against system records.
• Ensuring correct packing materials and accurate labelling.
• Working closely with logistics/shipping teams to meet dispatch deadlines.
• Carrying out self-inspection and quality checks.
• Supporting across Stores, Packing and Internal Transport.
• Receiving goods into Stores and moving stock across site.
• Using FLT or similar equipment (training provided if needed).
