Job summary

Ontic, a leading licensor and manufacturer of complex engineering parts for the aerospace and defence industries, is recruiting a PMO Quality Lead to join our Project Management Team. The role focuses on driving quality approvals, FAIs, process verifications and compliance across licenced transfers.

Based primarily at Staverton with travel to ROW facilities and licensors, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, regulators and suppliers to uphold the highest standards, deliver on-time

Qualifications

• Strong background in regulated aerospace quality.
• Experience with FAIs, Part 145 audits, and regulatory approvals.
• Ability to drive quality governance across projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead FAI programmes and quality approvals.
• Coordinate regulatory approvals (UK CAA, FAA, EASA).
• Partner with licensors, suppliers and project managers.
• Ensure on-time delivery to highest standards.
