Job summary

Ontic, a leading licensor and manufacturer of complex engineering parts, seeks a PMO – Supply Chain Project Lead to join our Project Management Team. This role is primarily based at Staverton, covering RoW facilities, with travel to licensors and suppliers as required.

You will coordinate and deliver supply chain activities to novate a licensor's supply chain into Ontic, ensuring supplier onboarding, PO transfers, inventory and material planning are embedded efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proactive and collaborative supply chain professional with aerospace or complex operational experience.
• Strong planning and organisational skills, with ability to prioritise to meet deadlines.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver all supply chain transfer activities to novate a licensor's supply chain into Ontic; ensure material, supplier and inventory readiness.
• Lead supplier onboarding, Purchase Order transfers, inventory management and SIOP provisioning within project timelines.
• Maintain project metrics and reporting; communicate status, risks and actions to stakeholders at all levels.
