Job summary

AALTO, a global leader in Stratospace, invites applications for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer role based in Farnborough. In this hybrid, 6-month FTC, you will identify and engage specialist candidates, build pipelines, and collaborate with TA Partners to match talent with ambitious aerospace projects.

You will research markets, conduct initial screenings, and maintain ATS records while delivering an inclusive candidate experience across multiple searches.

Qualifications

• Hands-on talent sourcing experience, including proactively engaging passive candidates.
• Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter and CV databases.
• Strong Boolean search, market research and talent-mapping skills.

Responsibilities

• Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases, job boards, the ATS and referrals.
• Use Boolean search and market mapping to identify specialist and hard-to-find talent.
• Assess CVs and profiles against criteria and produce focused shortlists.
• Conduct initial screening calls covering experience, motivation, availability and salary expectations.
• Engage candidates with personalised outreach presenting AALTO and the opportunity.
• Build talent pipelines and define sourcing priorities with TA Partners and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and share market insight on talent availability and sourcing challenges.
• Deliver an inclusive candidate experience while managing multiple searches and timely follow-up.
• Support talent pooling, recruitment campaigns and continuous improvement of sourcing approaches.
