Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruiting within aerospace or related industries.
• Experience recruiting for electrical, mechanical, software, and other engineering roles.
• Strong networking skills and ability to connect with passive candidates.
• Experience with full life cycle recruiting and offers.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment strategies by understanding technical requirements with hiring managers.
• Proactively source and engage top-tier technical candidates across engineering disciplines.
• Assess candidates' technical ability and fit for complex roles.
• Consult with hiring managers on candidate backgrounds and recommendations.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment from screening to offer negotiation.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels to build a strong candidate pool.
