AALTO, based in Farnborough, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to help identify and engage specialist talent for Stratospace ambitions. You will research the market, source candidates across channels, and build strong pipelines for current and future vacancies.

This hands-on sourcing role combines strong search skills with confident candidate engagement and sound judgement. Hybrid working arrangements apply.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on talent sourcing experience, including engaging passive candidates.
• Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases, job boards and ATS.
• Strong Boolean search, market research and talent mapping skills.
• Clear CV assessment and screening judgement against role criteria.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially with passive candidates.
• Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple searches and stakeholders.
• Collaborative, research-minded and responsive to feedback on candidate quality.
• Experience sourcing engineering, aerospace, technology, manufacturing or other specialist skill sets.

• Maintain ATS records and share market insights on talent availability and sourcing challenges.
• Deliver an inclusive candidate experience while managing multiple searches and timely follow-up.
• Support talent pooling and recruitment campaigns with continuous improvement.

About The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will play a key role in helping AALTO identify and engage the specialist talent needed to deliver our ambitions in Stratospace. Working closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers, you will proactively research the market, source active and passive candidates, conduct initial screening conversations and build strong talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.

This is a hands-on sourcing role suited to someone who combines strong search skills with confident candidate engagement and sound judgement.

Responsibilities

• Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases, job boards, the ATS, professional networks and referrals.
• Use Boolean search and market mapping to identify specialist and hard-to-find talent.
• Assess CVs and profiles against agreed criteria and produce focused candidate shortlists.
• Conduct initial screening calls covering experience, suitability, motivation, availability, salary expectations and right to work.
• Engage candidates through personalised outreach that clearly presents AALTO and the opportunity.
• Build talent pipelines and partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to define profiles and sourcing priorities.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and share market insight on talent availability, candidate feedback and sourcing challenges.
• Deliver an inclusive candidate experience while managing multiple searches and timely follow-up.
• Support talent pooling, recruitment campaigns and continuous improvement of sourcing approaches.

Skills and Knowledge Required

• Hands-on talent sourcing or recruitment experience, including proactively engaging passive candidates.
• Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases, job boards and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Strong Boolean search, market research and talent-mapping skills.
• Sound CV assessment and candidate screening judgement against agreed role criteria.
