Job summary

Owen Daniels is seeking a Structures Technical Authority in the UK to take technical ownership of structural design, analysis and assurance, with a focus on lightweight and composite structures. You will lead design, perform analyses and ensure manufacturing release with a hands-on leadership style.

The role emphasizes compliance, fatigue and damage tolerance, testing support and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to resolve complex engineering challenges.

Qualifications

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven structural design and analysis experience within aerospace or another highly regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of aerospace structures, including airframes, wings and assemblies.
• Deliver structural analysis, substantiation, load assessments and engineering change evaluations.
• Apply expertise in composite materials, lightweight structures and manufacturing processes.
