Job summary

The Eaton South Molton site in Devon, UK, designs, manufactures and tests components for the aerospace sector, supporting major customers such as Airbus, Boeing and Embraer. You will provide quality interface to customers, lead complaint resolution, support data collection and EQMS deployment, and drive continuous improvement using 8D, Six Sigma and statistical tools across the operation.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred but not required.
• Strong problem solving using Six Sigma / 8D.
• Knowledge of quality systems and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality interface and lead complaint resolution.
• Support manufacturing with quality data and EQMS deployment.
• Apply structured problem solving (8D, Six Sigma) to root causes.
• Develop and audit quality plans and systems during new products launches.
• Participate in internal quality audits and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Analyze quality metrics and implement improvements across the operation.
• Lead quality training programs and cross‑functional teams.
