Job summary

Eaton Corporation in the UK (Daedalus Centre of Excellence) is transforming into a modern aerospace hub. The role manages quality reviews, KPIs, CAPA/8D processes, and document training materials, driving a robust quality culture across cross‑functional teams.

Experience with AS EN 9100, UK CAA Part 21 & 145 is valuable. Strong MS Office skills and Power BI knowledge will support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Aerospace knowledge (EASA/AS9100) required or advantageous.
• PFMEA and 8D experience preferred.
• Strong IT skills with MS Word/Excel; ability to learn systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly Quality Reviews and KPIs for management reviews.
• Raise, monitor, and verify CAPA/8D with stakeholders.
• Compile and maintain company documentation and training materials.
• Promote a strong quality culture and drive I Own Quality initiative.
• Undertake internal audits per schedule; maintain approvals AS EN 9100, UK CAA Part 21 & 145.
• Develop the Business System as required; liaise with external stakeholders.
• Aerospace knowledge of AS/EN9100 and CAA Part 21 & 145 is advantageous.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of Power BI beneficial.

Currently located in Titchfield, Hampshire, Eaton's Aerospace business stands as a global leader in aerospace fuel systems.

Our site is undergoing a significant and exciting transformation as we relocate to a newly constructed facility in Daedalus. This state-of-the-art site will serve as the Centre of Excellence for aerospace manufacturing across Europe, marking a new era of innovation and excellence.

We pride ourselves as a premier supplier of fully integrated fuel systems for fixed and rotary‑wing aircraft. We boast extensive fuel and air system test facilities, facilitating comprehensive testing across a range of conditions with various fuel types.

What you’ll do:

• Management of Quality Reviews – Monthly
• Compilation and presentation of KPIs for Key business functions required supporting Management reviews.
• Raise, monitor, and verify CAPA/8D, working with relevant stake holders to drive robust RCCA.
• Compilation and maintenance of company documentation
• Maintenance of training material and deployment of training
• Drive a strong quality culture throughout the business with cross functional involvement, promoting “I Own Quality” initiative in all areas.
• Undertake and complete internal audits as per the audit schedule.
• Maintenance and progression of company approvals: AS EN 9100, UK CAA Part 21 & 145
• Development of the Business system as defined by the business requirements.
• Liaison and preparation of external stakeholders, visits, preparation of visits and audit reports
• Aerospace knowledge of AS/EN9100 and CAA Part 21 & 145 would be advantageous.
• Strong practical experience with Microsoft apps such as word and excel
• Knowledge of Power BI would be advantageous.

Skills:

• Aerospace Engineering and Aerospace Regulatory Knowledge (EASA/AS9100)
• Experience in a similar role advantageous
• Experience of participating in PFMEA / 8D
• Sound practical experience with Excel, Word, Access etc – ability to quickly pick up business software use
• Proven experience of ability to communicate (verbally and in writing
• HNC/Degree qualified preferred, experience may be taken into consideration in lieu of education
• Excellent IT skills
• Audit trained (preferably Lead Auditor level)
