Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service team for OEM and Aftermarket across Titchfield and South Molton sites.
• Act as senior point of escalation for customer concerns, balancing site commitments with customer requirements.
• Negotiate contract pricing, delivery, and terms in line with Eaton policies.
