Job summary

Eaton South Molton is seeking a senior manufacturing engineer to drive robust processes, lead continuous improvement projects, and apply lean methods to reduce waste. You will collaborate across functions to meet business and reliability goals, supporting design for manufacturability and process validation.

Ideal candidates have an engineering degree, strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma, and experience with CAD/CAM, ProLaunch, and data tools like MiniTab.

Qualifications

• Relevant Engineering Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques (value stream mapping, one-piece flow).
• Understanding Six Sigma concepts and tools for reducing variability.
