The Raytheon UK Advanced Products team has a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic, high performing and experienced Project Manager to provide direction and management of a high performing Integrated Project Team.
Working across multiple Product Lines, as part of the wider Advanced Products business unit, the successful candidate will execute and support a range of technically challenging high-profile projects. Establishing and growing effective relationships with both new and existing customers.
Success will require customer focused innovative thinking, forward planning, strong communication, resilience and an ability to react quickly to changes. As a valuable member of the Advanced Products team this Project Management role is pivotal in identifying and securing new opportunities, working collaboratively with the wider company and creating an inclusive environment for the team to grow.
As part of the day‑to‑day activities the role requires delivery of a complex and challenging project, ensuring on‑time deliveries, customer satisfaction, and high-quality deliverables, as well as providing support and guidance to junior Project Managers to aid them in delivering against their challenging targets and goals.
