Responsibilities

• Coordinate project workflows, track milestones and deliverables.
• Prepare and report governance materials and updates.
• Support logistics: shipment requests, returns, and repairs contracts.
• Assist in bid and proposal inputs from IPT and stakeholders.
• Support cost and schedule tracking and monthly programme reviews.
• Prepare schedule updates for customers and ensure timely communication.
