Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Project Management, Business Management or related field, or an industry qualification.
• Basic understanding of project management principles: planning, scheduling, tracking actions and milestones.
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and coordination.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based, cross-functional environment with multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Microsoft Project or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet solutions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and implement an automated workflow within Boeing’s project management tools to support live programme updates.
• Support planning, coordination and day-to-day delivery of the Aerospace Engineering Research and Technology Development Programme.
• Track project schedules, milestones, actions and deliverables to keep workstreams on time.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture notes and follow up on actions.
• Organise and maintain project documentation, presentations and status updates for clear communication.
• Support collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Gain practical experience in project management within an aerospace innovation environment.
