Boeing United Kingdom Limited is offering a Summer 2027 Engineering Intern position at the Aerospace Innovation Centre. This three-month internship supports an Aerospace Engineering Research and Technology Development Programme in collaboration with industry partners and academic institutions.

The role involves assisting with storage, distribution and structures integration technologies, driving research into practical application, and working in a collaborative, time-sensitive environment to

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a BSc in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace, Aeronautical or Materials).
Experience using structural design and analysis apps (PLM, CAD, FEM) to address engineering problems.
Experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and coordination.
Ability to work in a cross-functional, time-sensitive project environment.

Responsabilités

Support the engineering team with structural design and analysis activities.
Assist with delivering project milestones and deliverables to keep workstreams on time.
Help prepare agendas, capture notes and follow up on actions with partners and collaborators.
Create and maintain project documentation, presentations and status updates.
